Bikram Yoga

  • Yin Yoga is a slower-paced practice where poses are held for longer periods to target deep connective tissues and promote joint health and flexibility.

  • Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga with the use of a hammock to support and deepen your practice. This class allows you to explore inversion poses and gain a new perspective on traditional postures.

Getting To The Studio

The studio is located at 156 Trinity Street, Huddersfield HD1 4DX – not far from Greenhead park!

The entrance is around the corner and down the steps from the main building, as shown in the video.

There are 4 car parking spaces behind the main building, which you are welcome to use.

There is also roadside parking around Greenhead park, and free roadside parking if you turn left from Trinity Street onto Vernon Avenue, take the first left onto Mountjoy Road, and drive up about 500m (you need to drive up past the permit parking only zone).

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes! Our classes cater for all abilities and beginners are very welcome!

Bringing a towel and water bottle is advised. There’s a free water station to refill your bottle. If you have your own matt, you are welcome to bring it, but we also have yoga matts available to use if you don’t own your own.

The studio is usually around 30 degrees celsius, and is heated to 40 degrees celsius for Bikram 26&2 classes. If you get too hot you are welcome to leave the room to cool down and get a drink of water at any point during the class!

There are 4 car parking spaces behind the main building, which you are welcome to use. There is also roadside parking around Greenhead park, and free roadside parking if you turn left from Trinity Street onto Vernon Avenue, take the first left onto Mountjoy Road, and drive up about 500m (you need to drive up past the permit parking only zone).

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the class time so you can get ready to start on time.

We have a free water refill station and bottled water available to purchase. We recommend bringing your own water bottle to refill for free!

Anything you are comfortable in! It does get quite warm so cool clothes such as leggings, shorts and T-Shirts are advised.
